Group leaders please note that there are procedures to follow in regard to any trip relating to Duke of Edinburgh Award. Appropriate forms and documents detailing policy and procedures can be found on the Liverpool City Web Site @ Policy, Procedures and Examples of Risk Assessments.

Expeditions in Wild Country require additional forms which can be found on the Duke of Edinburgh Award Web Site. The forms are called 'Expedition Notification Form for Ventures in Wild Country' (known as Green Forms).

These have to be sent to the appropriate 'Wild Country Panel' depending on which area you are going to.
