Get Connected is a free, UK wide, email and telephone helpline that finds young people the best help whatever the problem.
The helpline workers listen to what you need, explain the options you have, and then make suggestions of services where you can get the best help. Get Connected has access to information on thousands of services, both locally and nationally.
The helpline workers come from different backgrounds and about two-thirds are under thirty. All of them have been trained to make sure they are in the best possible position to help. None of them will tell you what to do or judge you.

do-it was launched in 2001 with the first, and still the only, national database of volunteering opportunities in the UK.
do-it is part of the registered charity YouthNet. We are non-profit-making and do not charge organisations to register their opportunities or people to use the database.
Some national organisations post their opportunities directly on to do-it.
